  • Entity: This website is operated by THE LIFE SCOPE, a non-governmental organization registered under the DARPAN &Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

  • Purpose: The website provides information about our School Counselling and Trainings, offers consulting/counselling programs, accepts donations, and sells merchandise to support our cause.

3. Donation Policy

  • Voluntary Contribution: All donations made to THE LIFE SCOPE are voluntary.

  • Tax Exemption: Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G & 12 A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. We will provide a donation receipt via email within 5 business days of a successful transaction.

  • Refunds: Donations once made cannot be refunded, except in cases of technical error (e.g., double debit). Requests for refunds due to technical errors must be made within 5 days of the transaction.

4. Product Purchases & Merchandise

  • Pricing: All prices for products listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Shipping: (For Merchandise) We ship to addresses within India. Estimated delivery times are 7 business days.

  • Returns & Exchanges: As a non-profit initiative, we accept returns on merchandise unless the item is received in a damaged condition. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: THE LIFE SCOPE logo, brand name, and all original content (text, graphics, training modules) are the intellectual property of THE LIFE SCOPE.
