Thank you for supporting THE LIFE SCOPE. Whether you are investing in our adolescent counselling programs/merchandise through a donation or purchasing our branded products, we deeply appreciate your trust and commitment to our mission.

Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Donations & Contributions

• Voluntary Nature: All financial donations made to THE LIFE SCOPE are entirely voluntary and serve to support our counselling and prevention programs in government schools.

• No Refunds: Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or reversed.

• Technical Errors: In the rare event that a duplicate transaction or incorrect debit occurs due to a technical error on our website’s payment gateway, THE LIFE SCOPE will review and process a refund.

  • To claim a technical refund, you must email us at askus@thelifescope.org within 7 business days of the transaction.

  • Please include your proof of payment, transaction ID, date, and amount. Approved technical refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

2. Product Sales & Merchandise

• Cancellations: You can cancel a merchandise order only if it has not yet been dispatched for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at askus@thelifescope.org. Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: As a non-profit organization, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with clear photos of the damaged product and your order number.

  • If a replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Force Majeure

THE LIFE SCOPE reserves the right to cancel or postpone scheduled training workshops, events, or school counselling programs due to unpredictable circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, extreme weather, school administration changes). In such cases, if a registration fee was charged, a full refund or alternative scheduling option will be provided to participants.
